Netted Supertrim Converter Gammon
Produced by removing the femur bone and shank, trimmed and star fat removed. Rind is removed mechanically from converter gammon using a de-rinder, then all fat from the outside of the gammon is manually removed. Packed in Cheshire Oak and Red Tractor brand packaging.
