Rindless Cook-In-Bag Gammon
Produced by removing the femur bone and shank, trimmed and star fat removed. Rind is removed mechanically from converter gammon using a de-rinder. Visual check is made of fat covering and passed through the de-rinder again if necessary. Packed in Cheshire Oak and Red tractor brand cook bag packaging.
