Rindless Horseshoe Gammon
Produced by removing bone-in-gammon from the curing bag and removing shank. Corner is removed leaving horseshoe square. Slipper is removed by knife following the femur bone. Femur is removed. Trimmed and star fat removed, Horseshoe is then de-rinded then netted. Packed in Cheshire Oak and Red Tractor brand packaging.
